1. Errors and Omissions(错误和遗漏保护):
- Forgetting a key clausein the APS(在APS中遗漏关键条款)
- Making a mistake with respect to taxes(税务相关的错误)
- Using the wrong form(使用错误的表格)
- Under- or overpricing a property(物业报价错误)
- Or, none of the above – groundless accusations can lead to expensive claims(其他,无端指控导致的重大赔付)
符合Error and Omissions索赔条件,每次做多可获得$1,000,000赔付,每年做多可获得$3,000,000赔付。
2.Commission Protection(佣金保护):
- A registrant becoming insolvent (i.e., brokerage goes bankrupt)(地产经纪无力偿还,例如地产经纪公司破产)
- Theft, fraud, misappropriation, or wrongful conversion by a registrant(盗用、欺诈、侵吞、或不当转换佣金)
- Social Engineering (subject to $10,000 sub-limit per claim)(社会工程,每项索赔额度为$10,000级别)
符合Commission Protection索赔条件,每次可最多索赔$100,000。
3. Consumer Deposit(客户预付款保护):
- A registrant becoming insolvent (i.e., brokerage goes bankrupt)(地产经纪无力偿还,例如地产经纪公司破产)
- Theft, fraud, misappropriation, or wrongful conversion by a registrant(盗用、欺诈、侵吞、或不当转换客人的预付款)

符合Consumer Deposit索赔条件,每次可最多索赔$100,000。
安大略省是全加拿大唯一为Commission Protection和Social Engineering Fraud赔付的省份。为地产经纪辛苦赚到的佣金起到了更好的保护。
客户也可以安心的将预付款放入地产经纪公司相应的银行信托账户里面。如果出了问题安省地产经纪保险都会做出相应赔付。
